It is an opportunity to connect with me, seeing me as an artist in a more informal and intimate way. I'm an artist, I love the creative process and I find value in the story behind a beautiful piece of art. I also find it a shame that this experience isn't often shared The art world is full of finished pieces and final drafts that seem to create a barrier between the artist who made it and those viewing. Through this blog I will be exploring behind the scenes for some pieces of my artwork...my feelings...what made me create the picture...the story behind the piece. Some are learning pieces.
